Week 4 Part B: Defining YOUR Target Market

Our ideal client is a real estate agent that wants a package of photography and videography services for a home that they are listing for a reasonable price but want great quality. They want to have the advantage if professional photos but not have to pay a huge price for it, that it starts to eat at their earnings from selling the house. The agents that we want to attract are interested in quality photography and what that can offer to their customers and other people.

Our demographics are Real Estate Agents which there are just over 17,000 agents in San Diego County. With the age of 30-70, only 4% of agents are younger than 30, and 17% are older than 65. 57% of agents are female but we are targeting both females and males. 80% of agents own home and about 39% own 2 homes. The median income is just under $48,000 so we are targeting agents that make $35,000 to about $120,000 and the real estate agents probably graduated with a high school diploma or even a bachelor's degree. The agent is probably married since close to 70% of agents are married with children in or out of the house.
